Exceleine started her 4yr old campaign off in style at Sydney's Kensington track holiday with a determined win over 1,100 metres. The 4
year old daughter of Exceed and Excel jumped quickly and took up the running alongside stable mate, Sugar Rush. Travelling comfortably throughout for in form apprentice Winona Costin, Exceleine sprinted well in the home straight, letting down strongly to score by just under a length.Both Sugar Rush & Exceleine are trained by Australia's "Queen of the Turf" Gai Waterhouse & both race in FLAIR strips.
This
was Exceleines third career win, and if her effort on Monday is
anything to go on, she certainly has more success in store this
preparation.
